RAMAYAN Trailer 2 Is a MASSIVE Upgrade! But There's a Problem…
Ramayan Trailer 2 is finally here, and honestly, this feels like a massive upgrade over the first trailer! From Yash’s imposing portrayal of Ravana to Ranbir Kapoor’s warrior-like avatar as Lord Rama, the new international cut offers a more focused look at the scale and ambition of Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana.
In this detailed review, I break down the biggest moments, including Ravana’s introduction, the Indra and Airavata sequence, Rama’s jungle fight, Jatayu’s battle against Ravana, and Ranbir’s glimpse as Parshurama. We also discuss the improvements in VFX, colour grading, cinematography, action and background score, along with the areas that still need work.
But here’s my biggest concern: **Will Ramayan deliver the emotional depth, spiritual essence and dharmic philosophy that make this epic timeless, or will it focus too much on Hollywood-style spectacle?** Yash’s Ravana looks formidable, but Ranbir’s Rama, Sita’s agency and the emotional heart of the story need equal attention.
