►How are ‘what if’ trailers made?
I start by becoming a fan of the film, then research franchise news, fan theories and updates about the dream film. Then find new clips of the actors and any elements that makes the the franchise known for. Ultimately to create a ‘what if’ trailer using effects, music, AI, and editing software like Wondershare Filmora, Photopea, and more.

Editing Journey:
The success of our High School Musical 4 Ultimate Trailer on the channel is what sparked the idea for this new concept. After seeing the incredible response from viewers, we became excited to revisit the original Wildcats and discovered fresh clips of the cast that gave us even more possibilities to build a realistic reunion. Rather than simply recreating the past, we wanted to give these characters a new reason to come together while keeping the heart and nostalgia that made the franchise so special. As a longtime fan of High School Musical, making this trailer was genuinely a blast, especially getting to imagine where these characters could be years after we last saw them.
The story brings Troy and Gabriella back to East High after their lives and careers have taken them in different directions. Troy has built a successful basketball career in New York, while Gabriella has established herself as a lawyer in Los Angeles, but their past together still lingers. When they discover that East High is facing a much bigger crisis than they expected, the East High building is at risk of being lost because the school no longer has the budget to maintain the campus and is in danger of losing its legal right to remain standing. The news gives the Wildcats a reason to reunite, putting Troy and Gabriella face-to-face with the memories, friendships, and feelings they thought they had left behind.
